Shree Ramachandrapura Math

Shree math is one of the important religious institutions founded by Adi Shankara in Gokarna for the propogation of Sanaatana Dharma. His Holiness bestowed  Chandramouleeshwara lingam and idols of Shree Rama, Seetha and Lakshmana upon the math. Since then, the deities are offered pooja by the peetadheeshas.
