ಹೊಸನಗರ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಮಚಂದ್ರಾಪುರ ಮಠದ ಪೂಜ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಘವೇಶ್ವರ ಭಾರತೀ ಮಾಹಾಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಗಳವರ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ ಮೇಲ್ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಆರೋಪ – ಎರಡೂ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳೂ CID ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಆದೇಶವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸದರಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ಯಥಾಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ CID ಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಿ ಕೊಡಲೇ ತನಿಖೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಶ್ರೀಮಠವು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಕೊಡಲೇ CID ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿ ವಿಳಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕೊಡದೆ ತನಿಖೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ವಿಳಂಬವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಸತ್ಯಾಸತ್ಯತೆಯು ಜನರನ್ನು ತಲುಪುವುದು ವಿಳಂಬವಾಗುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ. ಮಠ ಮೊದಲಿನಿಂದಲೂ ನಿಷ್ಪಕ್ಷಪಾತ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿತ್ತು ಮತ್ತು CID ಯು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಅನೇಕ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಬೇಧಿಸಿದ್ದು ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನೂ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತದೆ, ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು CID ಗೆ ಸರಕಾರ ವಹಿಸಲಿ ಎಂದು ಮಠವು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

Samsthana itself is urging the Karnataka Government to hold an inquiry (Investigation) against it through the C. I. D. (Criminal Investigation Department) without any delay ! It is something unheard in the past in this country ! In the present social and political scenario in this country, none wants to face any type of inquiry against oneself. All opposes inquiry and investigations with the fear that they would be exposed. In this background the demand of our Samsthana to hold inquiry / investigation into the allegations against itself looks very very strange ! This gesture of our Samsthana adequately demonstrates that ‘truth’ is with our Samsthana. By this novel gesture under the circumstances; our Samsthana has given message to the public that, it is in favour of truth, fair and impartial inquiry. I hope the rumour mongers and the gossipers would shut their mouths at least now.

I agree with Mr.Ganapathi Hegde. This is the first time in the history of our country that someone demands CID inquiry against themself!!!!!.This gesture of our Samsthana adequately demonstrates that ‘truth’ is with our Samsthana.

Law of the land is also ‘Dharma’. By welcoming C.I.D. investigation; our Samsthana has respected the law of the land ! Samsthana which is engaged in preaching ‘Dharma’ has followed ‘Dharma’. This is the normal conduct of virtuous, righteous and holy persons. Such persons can not react in a different manner under the circumstances. This is the difference between our Samsthana and others !

This is the first time in history of our country some one asking CID inquiry against them self, guruji has respected the law of the land, without any delay karnataka government to hold investigation and truth is alwayes with guruji.

As it is the Official Website of our Math; we can not cross certain limits by expressing our emotions on it, either in favour of or against someone. Knowing this fully well, I just repeat: ‘God is Great.’ My this expression was on watching 3.30 P. M. news bulletin, on all Kannada T. V. channels today.
